Talent Acquisition Specialist

Trust Wallet is looking for an experienced Talent Acquisition Specialist to join its HR team on a 6-month contract. The role is fully remote and involves helping the company attract and hire talent for its international Web3 team.

Responsibilities

• Work with hiring managers to identify recruitment needs and develop hiring strategies.

• Source and attract candidates through different recruitment channels.

• Review CVs, conduct initial interviews and coordinate further interview stages.

• Manage communication with candidates throughout the hiring process.

• Maintain candidate and recruitment information in the company's ATS.

• Support employer branding initiatives.

• Prepare recruitment updates and reports for the HR team and hiring managers.

• Contribute to other HR projects when needed.

Requirements

• 3–5 years of experience in Talent Acquisition, recruitment or a similar position.

• Experience in technology or fintech is preferred.

• Previous recruitment experience in Web3 or cryptocurrency companies is an advantage.

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

• Good organisational and time-management skills.

• Ability to work independently and manage several priorities in a fast-paced environment.

• Strong professional ethics and integrity.
