Bending Spoons is looking for a People Administration Manager to join its international People team. The role can be based in Milan, London, Madrid or Warsaw, with the possibility of working remotely from eligible countries after the initial onboarding period in Milan.
Responsibilities:
Support the launch of new offices, including research into local requirements and the development of administrative processes.
Coordinate people-related operations during acquisitions, internal reorganizations, legal restructurings and share option programs.
Monitor international employment laws and regulations and help ensure compliance across different jurisdictions.
Develop and implement employee welfare and benefits initiatives.
Manage job offers, onboarding and offboarding, including negotiations, visa support and administrative processes.
Improve workflows through automation and AI-powered tools.
Requirements:
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work independently and handle complex, unfamiliar situations.
High level of initiative, ownership and attention to detail.
Strong collaboration and communication skills.
Professional proficiency in English.
A specific number of years of experience is not required; Bending Spoons evaluates candidates based on demonstrated ability and potential rather than seniority.

Typical salary in Europe: €54,346–€82,557 per year, with offers of up to €188,848 for exceptionally experienced candidates.
