Mundfish is looking for a creative and proactive Technical Game Designer to take ownership of gameplay systems across the studio’s projects. The role is particularly suitable for candidates interested in action, shooter and RPG games.
Responsibilities
Participate in the development and improvement of combat systems, character progression and game ecosystems.
Design new enemies and abilities and improve existing ones.
Prototype and iterate on new gameplay mechanics.
Work in Unreal Engine with C++, Blueprints, Behavior Tree or State Tree, Gameplay Ability System, Animation Blueprints (ABP) and internal tools.
Collaborate with producers, animators, game designers, level designers and programmers.
Requirements
Experience working with Unreal Engine, C++ and Blueprints.
Experience with Replication Graph.
Experience with Behavior Tree or State Tree and Animation Blueprints is a strong advantage.
Strong communication skills.
Initiative, independence and a high level of responsibility.

The position is remote and classified by Mundfish as a Middle-level role. Mundfish is headquartered in Cyprus, with development hubs in Abu Dhabi, UAE, and Yerevan, Armenia, and supports global remote work.
