Manychat is looking for a Senior Product Manager (Billing) to join its Product team in Barcelona. Manychat develops a platform that helps brands and content creators automate interactions with their audiences across Instagram, Messenger, WhatsApp, and TikTok. The company has more than 400 employees across three continents.
Responsibilities:
own the Billing roadmap, including pricing, packaging, subscriptions, and refunds;
develop pricing and packaging strategies, including usage-based tiers and overage rules;
manage the entire subscription lifecycle: trials, upgrades/downgrades, migrations, cancellations, dunning, and coupons;
improve checkout flows and interfaces for managing payments, invoices, and pricing plans;
collaborate with Growth, Finance, Legal, Customer Support, Marketing, and GTM teams;
lead major pricing model changes, new product launches, and expansion into new markets;
analyze competitors’ pricing strategies and market changes;
own key Billing metrics, including conversion rate, involuntary churn, costs, fees, and other relevant indicators.
Requirements:
5+ years of experience in Product Management;
hands-on experience with billing, subscriptions, pricing/packaging, and tax;
understanding of product-led growth and sales-led growth;
experience creating personalized customer journeys and managing interactions across multiple products/features;
ability to work effectively in ambiguous environments, prioritize tasks, and lead cross-functional teams toward results;
strong communication and storytelling skills.
Nice to have:
experience with payments, PSP integrations, In-App Purchases, and multi-region payments;
experience with tax engines/compliance tools such as Avalara;
understanding of growth frameworks, engagement loops, lifecycle triggers, and habit formation.
