Senior Product Designer

Tabby is looking for a Senior Product Designer to help build Tabby Shop — a new product area focused on deals, special offers, loyalty and cashback. The role involves shaping the product almost from scratch and defining its design direction for an app used by millions of people.

Responsibilities

• Design the deals marketplace, loyalty and cashback experience from concept through production

• Translate business requirements and user needs into effective product solutions

• Work closely with Product Managers, UX Researchers, UX Writers and Engineers

• Validate product hypotheses using research and user insights

• Take ownership of design quality throughout development and release

• Help shape the overall product experience at an early stage

Requirements

• 5+ years of product design experience

• Experience designing consumer products at scale

• Strong product thinking and an understanding of both business and user needs

• Portfolio demonstrating end-to-end ownership of shipped products

• Strong visual and interaction design skills

• Experience working in cross-functional product teams

• Ability to work effectively in ambiguous, zero-to-one product environments

• Experience using AI tools to improve and speed up the design workflow

Nice to have

• Experience in e-commerce, marketplaces, loyalty programs or fintech

• Experience with UX research and data-informed design

• Experience working with or contributing to design systems
