UN Women is looking for a Research and Coordination Analyst – Business Transformation to join its Strategy, Planning, Results and Effectiveness Division (SPRED) in Bonn.
The role focuses on research, data analysis and coordination of business transformation initiatives designed to improve the efficiency and effectiveness of UN Women. You will work across different teams and offices, contributing to the implementation of the organisation's Strategic Plan 2026–2029.
What you’ll do
• Prepare research, briefing notes, presentations and analytical materials related to business transformation
• Collect, validate and analyse organisational data to support strategic decision-making
• Coordinate with teams and focal points across UN Women
• Support internal governance and organisational review processes
• Contribute to the development and implementation of business transformation initiatives
• Organise meetings, prepare documentation and follow up on agreed actions
• Support the development of UN Women's Strategic Plan and Integrated Budget
• Help design and facilitate business transformation sessions and engagements
Requirements
• Master's degree or equivalent in social sciences, human rights, gender/women's studies, international development or a related field
• Alternatively, a bachelor's degree may be accepted with two additional years of relevant professional experience
• At least 2 years of progressively responsible experience in project/process coordination, data management and analysis
• Experience in business transformation is required
• Experience coordinating with multiple teams or offices is an advantage
• Strong analytical, project management and communication skills
Languages
• Fluency in English is required
• French and/or Spanish are desirable
• Knowledge of another official UN language, including Arabic, Chinese or Russian, is an advantage
Contract
Full-time, P-2 Fixed-Term Appointment (FTA). This is an internationally recruited position based in Bonn, Germany.
