Product Manager

Neptune Software is hiring a Product Manager to join its international team in Portugal.

The company develops enterprise software solutions focused on SAP integration, AI-powered automation, and low-code development.

This is a full-time, permanent remote position based in Portugal, offering the opportunity to shape enterprise technology products used by international clients.

Responsibilities

• Develop product strategies based on customer feedback and market research.

• Translate business needs into clear product requirements.

• Collaborate with Engineering, Marketing, Sales, and Customer Success teams.

• Manage product specifications, priorities, and release plans.

• Support AI-powered features and product innovation.

• Create educational materials, webinars, and technical content.

• Build relationships with customers, partners, and developer communities.

Requirements

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Software Product Management, or a related field.

• 3–7 years of relevant product management experience.

• Strong understanding of software architecture and enterprise technologies.

• Familiarity with AI tools and technical product development.

• Excellent written communication skills in English.

• Experience using GitHub and Confluence.

• Strong collaboration, strategic thinking, and problem-solving skills.

Nice to have: Experience with SAP, low-code/no-code platforms, cloud technologies, or software development.
