Bending Spoons is looking for a Product Manager to help develop and grow its portfolio of digital products. The role combines product strategy, user research, data analysis, experimentation, and end-to-end product development.
Responsibilities
Build a deep understanding of the product, its business model, users, and growth drivers.
Use AI, data, and user research to identify meaningful product opportunities.
Combine user insights, market signals, and emerging technologies to develop high-impact product initiatives.
Prioritize product opportunities based on their potential impact.
Own the development process end-to-end and collaborate closely with designers, engineers, and other team members.
Use experimentation and product metrics to evaluate results and continuously improve the product.
Apply insights from previous experiments and projects to future product decisions.
Requirements
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Ability to approach complex problems using first-principles thinking.

Strong collaboration skills and willingness to support the team.

Salary
Typical annual salary offers range from €66,065 to €107,837 in Europe outside London, depending on experience and expected impact. Exceptional candidates may receive offers of up to €240,330. In London, typical offers range from £85,797 to £151,436.
Important information about remote work
Although long-term remote work is available, new employees are expected to spend most working days at the Milan office during their first few months. Bending Spoons provides travel and accommodation assistance during this onboarding period. Afterwards, employees may work from one of the company's offices or remotely from an eligible country, depending on the arrangement agreed at the offer stage.
