Lead Product Manager

Acclaim AI is a voice-first artificial intelligence platform developing AI agents for customer experience in banking, fintech, insurance, healthcare and consumer services.

The company is looking for a Lead Product Manager to lead the strategy and development of its AI platform, including infrastructure, speech technologies and AI agent orchestration.

Responsibilities:

• Define the platform strategy, priorities and product roadmap across multiple teams.

• Coordinate stakeholders and align product development with business goals.

• Manage several product areas and support cross-functional teams.

• Establish and monitor performance, reliability and quality metrics.

• Collaborate with engineering teams on AI agent architecture, speech technologies, guardrails and evaluation systems.

• Develop product management processes as the company grows.

Requirements:

• Proven product management experience with platforms, infrastructure or AI products.

• Ability to independently manage priorities, strategy and roadmaps.

• Experience managing multiple products or teams simultaneously.

• Understanding of AI agent technologies, including orchestration, routing, RAG, ReAct and evaluation systems.

• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.

• Professional working proficiency in English.

Nice to have:

• Experience managing other product managers.

• Experience with voice AI or speech technologies.

• Knowledge of APIs, SDKs and usage-based pricing.

• Experience with B2B enterprise products or regulated industries.
