IT Career Hub is looking for a German- and Russian-speaking Copywriter to create and localise marketing content for its educational products.
Responsibilities:
Write scripts for short-form advertising, expert, UGC and social media videos.
Create SEO articles in German and Russian based on search intent, structure and relevant keywords.
Write copy for banners, cards and other advertising materials.
Create and edit landing page copy with clear structure and effective user journeys.
Translate and localise content from Russian into natural, audience-appropriate German.
Edit German-language content for grammar, style, clarity and readability.
Adapt content for different channels, audience segments and stages of the marketing funnel.
Research topics, discussions and trends within migrant communities in Germany.
Collaborate with marketing and performance teams and optimise copy based on campaign results.
Use AI tools while ensuring strong factual, linguistic and editorial quality control.
Requirements:
At least 2 years of professional experience in copywriting, editing or content marketing.
Strong portfolio in both German and Russian.
German at C1–C2 level and Russian at C1–C2 level.
Good English skills for reading and adapting source materials.
Experience with marketing copywriting, short-form video scripts, performance creatives, SEO content and landing pages.
Understanding of SEO fundamentals, landing page structure, tone of voice and marketing funnels.
Strong Russian-to-German translation and localisation skills.
Basic understanding of performance and content metrics.
Experience using AI tools with careful fact-checking and editing.
Independent and structured approach to work and strong attention to detail.
Knowledge of Weiterbildung, Bildungsgutschein, Agentur für Arbeit / Jobcenter and professional integration in Germany is considered a strong advantage.
