The Rhodes Scholarship is a fully funded postgraduate scholarship that allows outstanding international students to pursue full-time study at the University of Oxford. The current application cycle is for programmes starting in October 2027.

Funding
The Rhodes Scholarship is fully funded and includes:
Full University of Oxford course fees
Annual living stipend — £20,400 per year (£1,700 per month) for the 2025–26 academic year
University of Oxford application fee
Student visa fee
Immigration Health Surcharge
Economy-class flight to the UK at the beginning of the scholarship
Economy-class return flight after completing the scholarship
Settling-in allowance upon arrival in Oxford
The stipend amount is reviewed annually and may change.
Duration
The scholarship normally covers two years of postgraduate study. Funding for a third year may be available for eligible DPhil programmes.
