Exness is looking for an experienced Talent Acquisition professional to take on a player-coach role, combining team leadership with hands-on recruitment. You will lead a Cyprus-based TA team while personally managing senior, niche and business-critical searches across global markets.
The role involves setting hiring priorities and delivery standards, coaching recruiters, identifying pipeline and workload risks, and stepping into complex searches when needed. You will also work closely with hiring managers and senior leaders, providing market intelligence, compensation insights and evidence-based recommendations.
What you’ll do
Lead and coach a team of Talent Acquisition professionals
Set recruitment priorities and allocate vacancies based on business needs, capacity and expertise
Manage senior, niche and hard-to-fill searches from intake to accepted offer
Headhunt passive candidates across international markets and build future talent pipelines
Partner with hiring managers and senior leaders on recruitment strategy and workforce decisions
Provide insights on talent availability, compensation and competitor activity
Develop hiring strategies for new offices and new markets
Track recruitment metrics, identify bottlenecks and improve team performance
Participate in process improvement, automation and AI-related recruitment projects
Support Employer Brand initiatives through content, events and positioning in key talent markets
Who we’re looking for
6+ years of hands-on Talent Acquisition experience in an international, fast-paced environment
Experience recruiting across multiple functions and markets
Proven experience leading or coaching recruiters while remaining hands-on with hiring
Strong headhunting skills and a track record of closing senior, niche and hard-to-fill roles
A data-driven approach to recruitment and pipeline management
Confidence working with and challenging senior stakeholders using evidence and market data
