Senior Talent Acquisition Partner

Agoda is looking for a Senior Talent Acquisition Partner to join its Tech Talent Acquisition team in Bangkok. The role involves partnering with senior technology leaders and hiring managers to develop recruitment strategies and hire talent across Engineering, Product, Data, Infrastructure, Cloud, Cybersecurity, DevOps and other technology areas.

Responsibilities

• Manage the full recruitment lifecycle for technical and technology leadership roles.

• Develop sourcing strategies, talent maps and candidate pipelines.

• Partner with senior leaders on workforce planning and hiring priorities.

• Recruit across Software Engineering, Data Science, Machine Learning, Product, Infrastructure, Cloud, Cybersecurity and DevOps.

• Conduct market research and provide insights on talent availability, compensation expectations and industry trends.

• Manage candidate engagement, offer negotiations and pre-joining processes.

• Use recruitment data to evaluate hiring performance and improve processes.

• Support international recruitment and relocation processes.

Requirements

• 8–10+ years of end-to-end talent acquisition experience, preferably in an in-house environment.

• Strong experience recruiting for technology roles across different disciplines and seniority levels.

• Experience working with senior leaders and hiring managers in technology or similarly complex businesses.

• Strong knowledge of technical talent markets.

• Experience recruiting senior or leadership-level candidates.

• Strong sourcing, talent mapping and stakeholder management skills.

• Experience with tools such as LinkedIn Recruiter, ATS platforms and job boards.

• Excellent written and spoken English.

• Experience with international recruitment, relocation or cross-border hiring is considered an advantage.
