Description
CapsLock is looking for a Product Manager to own and develop internal products that support the company’s marketing and customer acquisition operations.
The initial focus will be the Media Buyer Automation Platform — a system for managing advertising budgets, pacing, spend controls, alerts, and workflows. The role will later expand into marketing automation, reporting and analytics, creative operations, and other internal tools.
Responsibilities:
Own the end-to-end roadmap for the Media Buyer Automation Platform
Work closely with media buyers to understand workflows and automate manual processes
Define product requirements, specifications, edge cases, and success criteria
Identify opportunities to automate processes using internal or external solutions
Prototype ideas and lightweight automations
Define and track product KPIs
Work with Engineering, Data, Creative, Media Buying, and Operations teams
Drive adoption through onboarding, documentation, and user feedback
Run experiments and staged rollouts before introducing changes that affect advertising spend
Continuously improve products based on performance data and user feedback
Requirements:
4+ years of Product Management experience
2+ years owning data-heavy or workflow-heavy products end-to-end
Experience building internal or B2B tools
Strong skills in KPI design, analytics, event taxonomy, and dashboards
Experience using AI tools such as Cursor, Claude Code, Lovable, n8n, or custom scripts to prototype and automate workflows
Understanding of LLM limitations and fallback logic
Ability to manage several workstreams simultaneously
Experience delivering frequent, incremental product releases
Excellent written and spoken English
Ability to collaborate across international time zones
Nice to have:
Experience with paid acquisition platforms such as Meta, Google, or TikTok
Experience with rules engines, budget pacing, or creative testing workflows
