Exness is looking for a Product Designer to improve user experiences across its web and mobile products. The role involves translating product requirements into clear and intuitive interfaces, working closely with product, engineering, analytics and research teams.
Responsibilities
Create user flows, wireframes, prototypes and high-fidelity designs for web and mobile products.
Design interfaces that simplify complex information and reduce cognitive load.
Conduct usability tests and user interviews and apply findings to product improvements.
Use product metrics, user feedback and research insights to identify UX issues.
Collaborate with Product Managers, analysts, developers, researchers and other designers.
Maintain consistency across the company's design system.
Prepare detailed Figma specifications, states and edge cases for developers.
Review implemented features and support design QA.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Design or a related field.
4+ years of experience in UX/UI or Product Design.
Experience designing both web and mobile products.
Experience with complex or data-rich interfaces; background in banking or finance is a plus.
Knowledge of user-centered design and accessibility principles.
Experience conducting usability testing.
Strong Figma skills and experience working with design systems.
Portfolio with real shipped products.
Fluent English.
