Data Engineer

Mayflower is looking for a Data Engineer to build and maintain large-scale data pipelines and support its data platform. The company develops entertainment products used by millions of people worldwide. Mayflower

Responsibilities:
Design, develop and maintain data pipelines using Python, SQL, Airflow, dbt, Kubernetes and Spark; implement new data integrations; monitor and improve data quality; document technical solutions; support analytics teams; and build redundant data transformation pipelines across different domains and a centralized Operational Data Store. Requirements:
At least 3 years of experience as a Data Engineer; strong Python skills outside Airflow; advanced SQL; experience with Docker, Kafka, Airflow and Spark; and an understanding of how web applications work. Experience with dbt, ClickHouse or other column-store databases, S3/Iceberg, Kubernetes and data-mesh architecture is considered a plus. Mayflower

Conditions:
The company offers an EU-based employment contract and a 3-year Cyprus work visa, with full support throughout the visa and relocation process, including support for family members.
