Description
Prequel is looking for a Creative Producer to lead the creative vision for performance marketing and help scale its products through high-performing advertising creatives.
Responsibilities:
Own creative projects end-to-end, from hypotheses and briefs to launch, analysis and iteration
Develop creative direction for different audience segments, including messaging, angles and visual language
Translate product value into clear and compelling creative narratives
Brief and guide designers, providing both strategic and visual direction
Collaborate with User Acquisition teams to analyze creative performance and turn data into new hypotheses
Generate and develop new creative concepts, formats and visual approaches
Monitor competitors, market developments and creative trends
Improve production workflows using AI tools and automation
Coordinate collaboration between creative, UA and other cross-functional teams
Requirements:
3+ years of experience in creative or marketing production, preferably in mobile apps or performance marketing
Strong understanding of performance creatives and how successful concepts can be scaled
Ability to work with metrics and use data to make creative and strategic decisions
Strong visual taste and understanding of what makes advertising creatives stand out
Experience working with audience segments, messaging and different creative angles
Ability to connect product value, audience motivation and creative execution
Genuine interest in AI tools and automation for creative production
Strong communication skills, ownership and ability to work in a fast-paced cross-functional environment
English and Russian
